Dion's Pizza

Wow - you have to come by and support this place, give it a try. Our food was fresh and tasty. I even asked for extra to be put on my chef salad, they had no problem with it at all. Added sausage and pepperoni when you're on a keto diet you can have meat just no bread. Lol. When you come to a pizza service place. The salads are huge as well. My husband had pizza and a side salad. See photos, side salad I feel was a big portion. Delicious!! May I also say kudos to keeping the place amazingly clean. It also has a very restaurant type feel to it. Comfortable feel to the inside. Booths and comfortable chairs. Carpet and not noisy flooring. Very up to date decor. The staff was above and beyond sweet. Thank you for a great visit - we will be back.

Oh, my Lord, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. From the customer service at the time you enter until the time you leave. You will 100% enjoy your experience at Deon's pizza. Highly recommended 10 out of 10. Take your whole family. Handicap accessible, super friendly some of the best lemonade in the city. My favorite thing on the menu definitely has to be their chef Dallas and I always add pastrami just cause I like it but never misses not one time. To the staff and the managers that are running the place. Keep up the good work. You guys are doing an amazing job.

I'm giving this restaurant four stars. The food was very good! The salads looked fresh and we're very appetizing. The garlic cheese bread came out hot and very good. The wait staff seemed very nice and very eager to help. We were checked on multiple times during our visit. The bathrooms were nice and clean! My biggest concern was that the tables were not bust in a prompt manner. It was very hard to find a clean table and we were in the restaurant around 4:00. It seemed to me many people were standing by that could have helped to bus tables. But overall our experience was very good and we enjoyed eating at Dion's.

Today, Nov 7th; my colleagues, my wife and myself met at your establishment for lunch..We encountered an issue that upset my guest and I. Donald, the GM came to my table, apologized and allowed me to voice my frustration. I did it respectfully and Donald listened and was very sympathetic. If it wasn't for Donald, I don't believe we'd be customers anymore. On a high note, the food was very good, fresh and had great presentation.. Thank you Donald for making things right. Maybe our next visit will be great, like I'm used to. Love their pizza, but I'm in love with their cheese bread!!!! Go get some today!! You'll thank me later.

I’m done with this location. When my family and I went to eat here a few weeks ago I was rather disappointed with our experience. The dining room was a complete mess and we were literally the only customers in the building not to mention everything about our sub orders were skimpy including the chips. Fast forward to 9/10. My family and I rarely get to eat together so when we changed where we would typically eat on a Sunday morning, I was pretty excited to go the Dion’s route instead. We usually go eat before I have work and this location is very close to my job. We were running a little behind on time but I placed the order on the app before heading up there and the timing of 30 minutes given to us was perfect. We did arrive a little early so I didn’t expect our pizza to be ready but I had hoped we would be able to get our drinks and cheese toast before. When informing the girl at the register we had an online order she went over to pies and came back nervously telling us that our pizza wasn’t ready yet but that she could give us our drinks. I told her that was fine but that we were in a bit of a hurry so asked if we could get our cheese toast before (we always ask for our cheese toast before and it’s never a problem) she said that due to policy they’re unable to give half orders. I found that odd but said okay and waited for our drinks. We sat down with our drinks and our pizza had about 5 minutes before it would hit the 30 minute mark. I waited 15 minutes before I headed up to the counter to see what the hold up was as I was now 30 minutes away from having to be at work. I’m assuming the man I talked with was the manager and I saw him look at what appeared to be the box that had our cheese toast in it. He walked over to pies and came back informing me that our pizza was dropped but they put in another one. It was very upsetting that we were not informed of this when it happened. I asked if we could please have our cheese toast as we were in a hurry and it was already there and ready. He handed it to me and when opening it at the table we could clearly tell it sat there for a while. The cheese looked old on top and the bread was hard not to mention 2 pieces had no cheese on them at all. We had no time to complain about it so we swallowed down what we could. We waited 15 more minutes before our pizza was ready. I was going to eat 1 slice as fast as possible since at this point I was going to be late to work and to no surprise at all at this point the pizza was not even cut right so I ended up with half a torn slice before having to run my way out the door. I’ll stick to the Elgin location. Much cleaner and at least they communicate when there’s an order issue instead of seemingly hoping a customer won’t notice it took an hour for their pizza to be done.
